2. Description of Service
Contelio is an AI-powered photoshoot generation platform that creates images using artificial intelligence. The Service allows users to generate AI images by providing face photos, selecting scenes, outfits, and other parameters. Images are generated using third-party AI models.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
4. Credits & Payments
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when generating images. Credit packages and pricing are displayed on our pricing page. Credits do not expire. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
You retain full commercial rights to all images generated through the Service. You may use generated images for personal, social media, marketing, or any commercial purpose. However, you may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) generate content that depicts minors; (b) create deepfakes or fraudulent content intended to deceive; (c) generate content that violates any applicable law; (d) impersonate real individuals without their consent; (e) create content that promotes violence, harassment, or discrimination; (f) attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
7. Content & Data
Uploaded photos (face images, outfit references) are processed solely for image generation purposes. We do not sell or share your uploaded content with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the Service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. If image generation fails due to a system error, consumed credits will be automatically refunded to your account.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Contelio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the credits in question.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, unused credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
